Question by CyRaX: how can i make my abs more ripped and derease the fat level?
well im in better then average shape Swift Code Goshen Community Bank already, a little on the thiner side but athletic like i play sports basketball and stuff.

so i kind if naturally have descent 4 pack and abs but i want then to be really good! like more ripped so ill be able to see the abs alot better. i can see them now but its not fully ripped like how id want it

so would you recommend sittups or otehr workouts?

    If you want to look good try to exercise them to failure with various crunches and sit ups but not often 2-3 times per week this will encourage them to grow.

    If you want strength dont work to failure just more often with less rest everyday for instance, with more core work like holding the plank or fitball workouts.

    In general you work your abs/core in every exercise you do concentrate on breathing in/out with your core tense for every rep you do with give you the most gains quicker in my opinion.

    yeah ab crunches, rather than full sit-ups – so just lift you shoulders and upper back of the floor when performing them. also tense the abdominal area on every crunch, then let it go on the way back again, then repeat for each crunch.

    also cardio helps burn overall body fat, so you should also do cardio such as running, cycling etc. swimming is another good cardio exercise, and it also helps build your chest and shoulder area.

    Heres summin for some oe in your pos.

    Eat pork tenderloin to trim fat around your waist. But for low abs do legs lifts, push to left middle and right. Incline sit ups on bench. That will rip it up to an 8 pac. For some killer ripping effects check this out

    You need to add some weighted ab exercises to make the muscles grow and pop-out. You can’t get abs from just sit ups, they only work the upper abs.
