Question by criticalx: How do we men get a six pack abs by not going to the gym?
I have a weight of 70 kg = 160+ lbs, my waist line is 32.. so how do we practice to get a six pack abs or least a 4 pack would be great already. How long do you think I could achieve what I want? How many hours a day should I be Swift Code First National Bank Liberal Ks doing the exercise?

Do stuff at home of course. There are plenty of ways, just search the internet.

Do crunches. And keep your diet healthy. About 15 minutes of crunches each day should do the job, assuming you are not gaining weight from bad eating habits. It works great for me.

stop eating… you dont need exercise for a 6 pack, in fact exercise doesnt really help at all. you just have to be really thin

Dont listen to all those people. For abs u got to eat less amount of fatty foods and try eating protein foods. And iam not taking abt protein supplements.
For abs if u r not over weight try doing basic crunches in the begining. Then there are lots of exersixes. side ways crunches. Put yr legs straight and push it upwards. There r so many. Its actually difficult to tell u the positions from here.
