Question by njnets_15: What is a good workout routine to get ripped abs?
I am 14 5,7 and 134 punds. I am pretty muscular but my chest Swift Code River City Bank and stomach aren’t. I eat right, lift and run every week. I just can’t find a good ab workout. I am willing to try anything so please help.

Had same prob. Do 30 crunches, 30 reverse crunches, and then 30 leg raises while holding on to the base of a couch or bed. Worked for me.

You can do all the situps and crunches in the world but you won’t be able to see your abs if your diet is not right. Cut out the fat. And watch your carbs.
