    i’m pretty sure i’m not doing it right, but how hard should the kettlebell be landing on my arm when doing a snatch. right now, it kills.

    i have. probably not the best thing for building muscle but it is the easiest thing to do. i sometimes go back to it just by default when i get really busy

    one question. Do I change workouts in each phase or as I progress add the execises. For example…when I get to weeks 5-8 do I add the exercised from 1-4 or just switch them.

    i recently bought the Gold’s Gym 5-in-1 workout package. at first I enjoyed it, but now I’m quickly losing interest.

    your workouts seem (to me) fun and effective. Once I get the money (and the job to get said money) to get a kettlebell, I plan on starting these workouts.

    a week…i was on a cruise. i wasn’t fat before the cruise but i wasn’t ripped either. and it wasn’t as much purposeful as it was seeing all that food and eating it all

    Eric, I watched your videos and read your website this holiday break. Impressive! A few days ago I got a kettlebell and tomorrow is day one. I can’t wait to get out of the office tomorrow and start.

    One question. You say that you “fattened- up” for the before pic. How long did that take?

    thats not my house that it was filmed in. i didn’t want to use my house because i am the biggest pack rat you’ll ever see and i didn’t want all my crap in the background

    and also when i say “no gym” i meant no formal gym. if you think about it a kettlebell is a gym in itself

    Good job,you got nice form man.But why is this ”no gym” solution when this looks like being filmed home and you have a gym on the background? xD Do you except us to believe that you did that only with kettlebells without touching the free weights? Dude free weights and a machine is a gym

    “negatives” it means you only do the lowering part of an exercise when the lifting part is too difficult for your skill level.
