Question by LOL ~jk~: I only workout my abs and do cardio?
when i workout, i just workout my abs. thats the only thing that i want to look ripped and Bank Routing Number Camelback Community Bank good. Should i add Any exercises for my other body parts like arms or shoulders?
I also do lots of cardio and have a low calorie diet

you should include other core strengthening exercises to stabilize the lower back. This will also facilitate your cardio because you will be less prone to injury.

well it depends if u want a full body workout. and if u do weight lifting u need to do it every other day. u get a lot more results that way. and cardio in between
