Question by Miss?Prym: what are some butt and abs exercises that I can do at home that’ll show results in a month or less?
I have absolutely no time to go to the gym, I don’t have any time to do anything these days so I was looking for some good exercises that I can do every morning before going to Bank Routing Number Fort Collins Commerce Bank work.. I’m getting really depressed because I’m gaining weight especially in the butt area.. I’d appreciate yr help! Thanks in advance! =)

You can find some good ones on this page that require no special equipment:

Be sure to do them nightly for about 15 minutes or so. Work up to 2-3 sets of 30-50.

1. it takes roughly 20 minutes a day to get in a good workout…you have time…but as opposed to arguing
2. Tabata Squats….where you do as many squats as possible for 20 seconds rest for 10 seconds then repeat for 5 minutes
3. lunges, jump squats, hill sprints
4. planks…literally tons of things you can do

Ok Here is what you do.
1. Squat. Pretend you are sitting on a chair, with your arms sticking out and hold for 30secends
2. Crunches. lie down on your back with your knees bent almost a 90degrees angle. lift your head and pretend to go to the ceiling. Focus on one spot
