How to get ripped abs without changing your diet?

Question by lax rules: How to get ripped abs without changing your diet?
I want to get ripped abs, but I don’t want to pay for stuff like the p90x or change me whole diet. I would just like a simple work out Swift Code Berkshire Bank routine that I can do for free every day. Thanks

unless you have extraordinary genetics the only way you can get ripped abs is by following a strict diet or burning 3000 calories per day.

Bad news: you can’t. You have to look at what you are eating also. You don’t have to change your whole diet, but you do need to eat differently.

Good news: in order to get ripped and get a 6 pack, you don’t need to focus on ab exercises. The big myth is the idea of targeted “spot toning” for your stomach muslces to get rid of your gut – instead you need to focus on overall diet and high intensity full body exercise. The most helpful resource I have found in recent memory is Mike Geary’s “Truth about Abs” website and his newsletter. I’ve been using his tips for about 3 months – you might want to read an interview he did called “Strategies You Must Know if You Ever Want to Stand a Chance of Getting a Flat Stomach with 6-Pack Abs” (http://alturl.com/33zf)

He has a book for sale (of course!) but he also has a weekly newsletter, which has both exercises and diet tips that are pretty simple workouts and quick tips on eating without “going on a diet”. His free stuff will give you most all of what you need, and you’ll have plenty to read and take action on just from that.
