I don’t know what my diet should consist of daily, and what foods to avoid,please help

You want to avoid foods that have “Enriched”, “Partially Hydrogenated”, “High Fructose Corn Bank Routing Number Napa Community Bank Syrup” , etc. in the ingredients. Anything high in protein, low in sugar, sodium and fat are great! Small changes, such as using fat-free or skim milk instead of whole; whole wheat/whole grain bread instead of white; ground turkey instead of beef … these will all help aid in losing weight.     first of all, u have to be at least 13 or 14 to train to get ripped, ok avoid restaurants , avoid ice cream, anything fried, cake, candy, sugar, butter……u have to count the calories u take in, go on internet to see how much YOU need in a day to loose weight, then u just count your calories, you should lose weight after 2 weeks, then you start training, fallow this http://www.iwantsixpackabs.com/my_video_journal.html and youll get ripped

    First of all stay away from all deserts, I was fat, then went on a diet by not eating any deserts I went from 165 to 130,in 10 months, I got into great shape, but I missed deserts so much I started eating again, more than before I went from 130 to 175 in 5 months. I learned my lesson and cut off deserts, and you should too
