    guys if u have no packs yet u have to be healthy or skinny i done this for one week and got abs when i ben back i eat tuna mostly every day and when imstill hungry i eat carrots so i dont over wat

    @MurderdOutProduction man i woul recommend you combo. 1.raise your legs up and then do crunches as fast as you can then turn to bike and then to regular crunches
