Ok so ive been doing sit ups a while now and um its not working. Here is what im trying to achieve I want to get a 6 pack or better, I want my chest muscles to show and I would like my arms and back muscles ripped. I am paranoid about drugs I don’t even like taking tylenol. The rectus abdominus becomes ‘ripped’ when there is little body fat around it.

Cardio, dieting, weight loss/fat burning exercises, etc. will all contribute to making your abs stand out more.

You can do hundreds of crunches and you will barely burn any fat around the muscle group.

    Drugs have nothing to do with getting abs.

    Just doing crunches will not give you abs. Crunches only work the upper abs – you still need to work the lower and obliques

    You also need to drop fat to get the abs to show… so you need high-intensity cardio such as sprints (run as fast you can for 1 minute, rest 1 minute, repeat for 20-30 minutes 6 times a week)

    Hey there,
    Yes drugs are just a scam, you try to fix you abs, and after one year you will have a lot of problem with you health!
    No way, in my experience diet and exercise are everything!
    Period!
    Personally i was shocked how many info’s about abs and fat loss i found in this site.
    I opened my eyes, and just changing and tweaking my daily food, and following the method found in this site, i put away, personally, 5% of fat body, and i increased my lean body. Now i can show an amazing six packs abs.
    Remember no pain no gain!

    What you can do is target each muscle group per day with effective muscle building exercises. For example, instead of doing crunches, do leg lifts or crunchy frog where the core is strengthened. You may be interested in looking at the p90x program. It worked for me and it took only 3 months of 90 days.

    But if you are looking for simple abdominal exercises which you can do. You can do side stretches and hip push ups. But this will be a bit slower
