Question by Pedro Q: Getting really ripped abs?
I have been doing an healthy diet from 2 or 3 months now and im trying to get my abs ripped.
I can finnally actually see my abs( but not very clearly) but they still arent as i want them to be…
So how do i get my abs ripped? I have been doing exercices before going to bed ( does time of exercice matter?) and though they kind of worked im still not achieving the results i want. So i would like to start doing some new exercices ( i will still do the previous) that involve dumbbels and an ab wheel.
I also go to the gym but there arent that many machines that work abs so i do it at home.
i also need some Bank Routing Number Mid City Bank exercices that exercices that work lower abs and obliques ( these are the muscles i cant see)

To get really ripped abs you need to loose the fat. While you need the muscle, if they are covered with a layer of fat nobody can see that muscle.
Low fat diet, cardio and weight training. Actually running is great for your abs.

Stay away from machines. they are limited. A good 30 or 45 minute workout on the good ol’ floor will get you best results. you standard Crunch, right and left side crunches, left and right obliques, do elbows to your knees, leg lifts, bicycles….those are some of the best for abs..
do sets of 10 per exercise… you will see results fast.
