Q&A: What are some good exercises abs, back and legs?

Question by Dancing banana but: What are some good exercises abs, back and legs?
I have alot of girls at my dance studio and they all have these AMAZING abs backs and legs. But the ones who have them tend to be ALOT better dancers because of all the control. I really want to be strong its january right now i go back to dance in march or so because im sick. I hope i can go back with these stronger muscles HELP!!!!!!!!

Pilates is good for all of those things..
