People with 6 pack abs generally have a very low body fat percentage. There are no tricks or shortcuts. You gotta adjust your diet and your exercise to maximize fat Bank Routing Number 1st Summit Bank loss. This means running/swimming and eating healthier foods while maintaining a caloric deficit (eating less than what your body needs to maintain your current weight).

Your highest focus should be cardio (running, swimming [especially swimming]) as this will increase your overall muscle tone while simultaneously reducing fat making the tone actually more visible. As for your abs, while crunches won’t spot reduce fat on your stomach they will make you ab muscles bigger so you should focus on those too.

if you want my advice. excercise every morning and every night. sit ups work your abs very well. if you do sit ups constantly till the 4th of july, along with other excersise such as running, push ups, aeroplanes, froggies…(if you have no idea what some of these mean, look them up on google.) also try having protein shakes occasionally before you do your fitness excersise every night. This will help reduce body fat and retain muscle development. Anything else you want to ask just send me a message back.

First of all, the first thing you should think is that to have six pack abs you need a good excercise program along with a healthy diet required to get thoset perfect abs in less time. But it is hard work and dedication and make sure you include a good cardio program to eliminate those extra pounds. Eat vegetables and fruits because they contain a lot of fiber and the energy needed to do your wourkout routines.

six pack abs is mostly a function of leaness and genetics. When I was 20 years old. I was 5-6, 135, lbs. I did hundreds of crunches, situps, pushups, various martial arts and other exrcises and I ran about a mile and a half every single day. We’re talking 400 situps at least along with all that other stuff, every day. My friend was 5-11, 140lbs and he had an absolutely perfect looking six pack and fairly defined muscles, but he did zero exercise, nothing at all. He saw my intense routine, he got inspired and wanted to try to work out with me. He couldn’t do 25 situps. I was jealous and pissed. I was doing all this stuff every day, I had nothing, not even a two pack and here’s his weak abs looking like magazine abs. Ok, so he was super skinny at 5-11, 140lbs, but I wasn’t exactly a fatty at 5-6, 135lbs. So, check this out. My son is now 16 years old, 135lbs at 6.0ft tall. He’s super skinny too, except he works out constantly as a boxer. He runs 5 miles, four to five times a week and does tons and tons of ab work, pull ups, push ups, medicne ball work and tons of speed squats, throws hundreds and hundreds of punches. What does he have to show? Barely a two pack, even with 6 percent body fat. My conclusion? You can train your abs into oblivion and you can be super lean and you still might never have a six pack or you could have weak @ss abs and leaness and good genes and you might have perfect abs

Id have to say look up on youtube a video called: 8 minute abs. Also don’t drink milk or soda for every meal. Water increases your metabolism and soda does the opposite. If you want to drink milk make sure it is fat free and only 1-2 glasses a day. No chips, cookies, or any other junk foods. Try to stay away from coffee in the morning too. Hope I helped!
