I think… I think… eating is not the issue. Shouldn’t you exercise?

You won’t get ripped by eating anything, more of exercising. Do crunches, sit ups, an other abdominal workouts. Look on youtube or google to find exercises for this.

Do lots up exercises along with eating just chicken breast. The best protein food ever. Everyone who works out seriously eats chicken breast everyday.

Lots of fruits and veggies, lean proteins (lean beef and chicken, fish, beans, nuts), and complex carbs. A balanced, low cal diet with plenty of protein for building healthy muscles. And don’t forget to do cardio with your ab workouts, cause you won’t see a six pack under fat rolls. Be sure to do a full range of ab exercises not just crunches, you want to get the obliques and all the muscles in your core.
