Question by who cares: how can i get ripped abs, bisecps, and chest muscles?
ok im 15, 5’7 and growing , and i weight 110 ibs. i can bench 80 ibs, do around 30 push ups, and i run xc but i dont have any chest muscle, biseps, or abs that anyone can see… at my age its looking buff for guys and girls how skinny u r. i want to put some muscle on to impress the ladies so if you no any diets or workout routines then please comment.

wrong two these dumb ass fucks who answered i am here to help u bro ok what u need to do is get the gym or ask mom and dad to buy you some weights ok so what u need is to curl weights start off with 20 pounds and low reps and increase the reps by five everyday but only work out 5 days a week becuz muscle needs growth time as for chest muscles u need to bench press, or dumbbell fly or dumbbell press or a chest press orpushups and for abs i reccomend 40 v situps 40 v crunches and 40 leg lifts and 40 crunch with a twist and only hit ur abs 3 days out of the week and u need to eat healthy and do cardio do maintain ur six pack oh yeah u need to consume at least 80 to 100 grams of protein
