Light workout to from hard abs or a “pack”?

Question by The Dude.: Light workout to from hard abs or a “pack”?
I was wondering if there is a light workout i can do at night for about 30 mins to work on my abs. I don’t Bank Routing Number Peotone Bank And Trust Company want anything intense but enough so that over time the chest will start to become hard and “ripped”.

To see ab definition you need to
1) Develop your abdominal muscles and
2) Have a low enough level of body fat in order to see those muscles. This part is far more important. If you are male, your body fat will need to be under approximately 12% before you start seeing ab definition; for females 15%.

If you just want a “light” workout you probably won’t get a 6-pack because it is hard work to get one. You have to be willing to put in more work than that, including changes to your diet, cardio for fat loss, and exercises (possibly weighted) for your abs.
