I’ve never been a big fan of sit ups, rather I think cardio has worked well with my midsection. Yoga also helps to strengthen the core. But you probably just need to loose some fatty tissue there so cardio is the best way to go. Start running and when you do keep your abs tight

HERE’S EVERYTHING THAT I DO!
EXCERCISE:
first when you are starting out, jog or run for about 1/2 -1 mile (inside or outside is fine) BUT Remember to stretch first.
Then you can do resistance excercises I.E
1. Get dumbells(2-5 lbs) and have legs shoulder length apart and bring your arms up and hold for 20 sec.
2. have a friend join. YOu are laying on the ground and you hold your arms up and partnerpushes down your arms while you resist.
TONE THOSE ABS:
My routine:
20 regular crunches
20 left oblique crunches
20 regular crunches
20 right oblique crunches
20 regular crunches.
Then do something called scuba steves which are when you lay flat on the ground andyour hands are under your buttocks while you “flutter” or kick your legs/ and feet off the ground for 30 seconds ( a set)without touching the ground( do 3-5 sets)And you can do supermans which are when you lay flat on your tummy and you bring your arms/legs off the ground. for 30 seconds ( a set)without touching the ground. (do 3-5 sets)
