Question by Nick: How to burn belly and hip fat?
Im 5’9 and 175, trying to get ripped abs, any suggestions on diets and exercises routines. I already have been on diet and exercise routine of cycling and lifting, just lookin Bank Routing Number Bridgewater Savings Bank for new ideas to mix up the monotony.

Throw a football with friends, chop wood, try hanging sit ups. Twisting motions are good for the obliques and varying the position during sit ups is good for you too. Your diet is by far the most important thing – limit your carbs and calories. Just remember that some people will never get that 6-8 pack because of genetics.
