its not that bad, but theres a lot better ones you can do. i think it would work better this way…if you made it:

Workout 1: Chest, Triceps and Shoulders
Workout 2: Back and biceps
Workout 3: Legs and Abs

OR check out “Mark Rippetoe’s Starting Strength” program. its a great program. I would recomend looking at that.

yes this does seem like a pretty decent plan… but really it depends on the equipement your able to have access too and the kinds of exercise your perform… but that general outline works fine very well even
also different plans work better for different poeple so your always able to move things around and try different routines,
make sure you have proper nutrition though

I think your on the right path. Two things I would recommend. Mix up your cardio after a week. Sprints are excellent, but your muscles will adapt. Keep your muscles challenged and guessing to get the maximum out of them. Throw in some intense martial art activity for example. Get a Tae Bo dvd or something along those lines to learn the moves. The other thing I would consider is your diet. Up your protein intake for all that weight training. To get ripped your going to have to eliminate simple carbs, sugars, white flour products.
