He meant chicken breast when he meant chicken breast without skin, because in percentage from body weight, chicken is as fat as for example pigs. Meaning the whole chicken, the legs and wings and skin and the rest.
If you skip the skin on one leg, it will half its calories of that leg and you will get less fat with it.
