an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture, for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week, guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

Getting six pack or ripped abs is quite simple – even if it isn’t easy!

First you will need to work out – often ab specific exercises aren’t necessary, as a good whole body work out will also work the abs.

Second you need to lower your body fat percentage so that the abs show through rather than being covered by a layer of fat.

How long this will take depends on where you start from, and how much work you put in!

If you want to develop your abs then I recommend getting a good book about it so that you can find the best diet and exercise and tailor it to your own needs. A great review site that has found the three best books is here:

    Good Luck!

Good question. Being in top shape you need to exercise, diet and rest well. Besides that, lets get into dieting.
As long as you maintain a solid amount of greens in your diets and some lean proteins you should be fine. Greens help your body detoxify and they also help you lower your acidity level which damages your blood cells. The carbs should be complex like potatoes, yams, oats grains etc. and low glycemic such foods that are not process or high in sugar. Stick with lean poultry and away from red meat if you can. Fish is amazing because of its nutritious content like the omega fatty acids we need. There is no perfect diet out there. Consume smaller meals spread out trhough out your day. and don’t eat too late.
