Question by Robbie: How to get 6 pack abs, and ripped arms?
Alright im 15, 5 foot 8 inches and im 151.8 pounds. Im not overweight or anything but I want a 6 pack. My upper abs arent that bad its my lower ones that are the problem. What should I be doing? Does anyone have a workout routine they could recomend? I understand I have to do cardio on top of that which isnt a problem. I also understand I need to stay on a good diet but im not sure how much or what I should be consumming. Also I want to work on my arms. Ive been doing bench presses 30 reps in the Bank Routing Number Lake Country Community Bank morning 30 at night with no results, any help there? Also if there is any workouts you can suggest for my chest that will also work. PLEASE help I really want good results.

You much do cardiovascular and get a lower percentage of bodyfat. Eat 1500 for a basis and go for an hour run or walk and spread your meals throughout the day. Do weightraining with it and you shall see the results.

hers a great ab workout, http://dailyburn.com/workout_programs/31685-Abb-Ripper-Workout i have found serious improvement from it, but it does burn.
