Question by Tanner: How much longer til i have Ripped Abs. PLEASE READ?
Here is what i would like to look like http://www.complete-strength-training.com/images/six-pack-stomach.jpg Abs anyway. I want them to be ripped. Im 15. I weigh about 160. Im around 5’9. I lift 4 days a week. I try to eat good.And i take whey protien with milk. And I also do ab workouts. I do upper abs one day and lower abs the next day. I have been serious lifting since last december. When Will i start getting defined? My Arm muscles are defined. And everyone thinks i would have the perfect six pack when they see me with a shirt on. But its not. Its Bank Routing Number Virginia Commonwealth Bank hard as a rock but you cant hardly see it. Heres a facebook picture to see what my body looks like right now.

I actually just want my abs to be defined and ripped. I had a better defined abs picture but i lost it.

You can tone your abs all you want and get them rock hard, but that still does not get rid of the layer of fat that we all have over our abdominal area as quiclkly as toning AND cardio will. You may have rock hard abs, but they won’t show quickly without you running to get cardio to get rid of the layer faster. If you run every day or every other day and continue to do what you are doing, you should see a difference in about 2 weeks and get your abs completely in about a month.

In the picture of what you’re going for, the dude has a completely different posture and is flexing his abs. In the picture of yourself, your abs look to be completely relaxed. You may already be there, when flexing. If not, you’re close. I’m sure you’ll be there by December if you keep working.

Man im having somewhat of the same problem but i was told if you do more reps and less sets you get more toned. so that’s what i have been working on, also you might wanna be doing v-ups, 6inches, and roman sit ups(core).Roman sit ups is a core excersize but it will help just lay on your back flat on the ground cross your arms and just do a regular sit up with out moving your legs. note :
your legs must be flat on the ground.
