hi my name is mike and i’m 14 years old. i’m 5 foot 11 inches tall and i weigh 165 pounds. Bank Routing Number First National Bank I have a pretty good build i have very big arms. I can bench 225 pounds as my max and i have a six pack. I have been trying increasing my reps and doing different exercises for abs but their not getting more ripped. I want to have an 8 pack and i want my abs to be really really ripped. i have good nutrition i eat very healthy so its not my diet Wat should i do?

i think this is bullshit, cuz u cant really be 14 years old and almost 6 feet tall, and only weigh 165 pounds.
but my advice to u is: ur only 14 and already have abs right. so give it a few more years and theyll get better. i know u dont want ppl telling u to wait, cuz u want results now, but trust me when i say that throughout puberty ur muscle development will skyrocket, especially if u exercise how u do now

Change up your workout. To get the 8 pack you desire you’ll have to mix up your routine. Train your abs the same way you do your arms and chest, meaning push them to there limits. Intensity and frequency will be important for you.
