Ok so I want to get ripped by june. Im 6 ft 180 pounds and Im on a mainly protein diet without carbs and bad fats. I do thirty minutes of cardio every other day and 2 hours of weight lifting every night. Is this enough to get it so you can see my abs and pecs by june?

Okay at six feet one 180 i assume you’re fairly strong. cut the lifting back to once every three days and do intense cardio on the days before you lift.

Hey, me too! We’re have the exact same dimensions and goal.
Cardio is extremely important, so try to do 20-40 minutes before lifting. I lift about an hour and a half three days on then one day off.
Day 1: Arms and Chest
Day 2: Back & Shoulders
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Break!
Worry about losing the little excess fat now and the abs later. For now do this. Remember, low weights high reps!
In about April, start doing ab workouts.
EDIT: Don’t completely cut out carbs! Pop culture tells you that they’re evil, but they’re necessary. Just eat carbs in moderation. Whole wheat bread is OK.
