Question Swift Code Wedbush Bank by darkshadow_71: My Ripped Abs Diet, Does it Need any Modifications?
Ok, I am now shredding the remaining fat around my abs. I hardly have any fat left, but there is still a tiny layer, and I have small love handles that I would like to trim off completely. I have a friend with perfect abs and this was his diet. I did a few modifications. Let me know what you think:
Before Breakfast: 20 Mins of Sprinting and jogging
Breakfast: 1 Cup Oatmeal (100 cal) 1 whey protein shake
Mid break snack: 1/2 cup of nuts(Unsalted)(80 cal), 5 carrots, 1 protein bar (80 cal)
Lunch: half a chicken breast (Guessing 80 cal to maybe 120), dry salad,
Mid Afternoon Snack: 1/2 cup of nuts(80 cal), 5 carrots, 1 protein bar (80 cal)
Dinner: half a chicken breast, half a cup of nuts, dry salad, and carrots
After Dinner Workout: Already have a good workout (Chest and triceps, back and biceps, each day separate, etc and abs every other day to three days in between) then 20 mins sprinting and jogging and walking)
After Workout Snack: Whey Protein Shake, Half a cup of nuts,
Before Bed: 1/4 cup of nuts, 5 carrots
I only drink water and sometimes ice tea (No sugar) on this diet. My diet has always been really good, but this is my new one. I can see my abs, but I want them to be more defined, completely ripped. I already have lean muscle, and it looks good. Now I just want to cut off the rest of the fat. The workout is less intense, just trying to keep my body from loosing the muscle as I cut. I do the 20 minutes cardio twice a day, every day.
So let me know what needs to be adjusted to reach ripped abs, but I think this is pretty good for a low-cal low-carb, high protein diet. But I would like second opinions.

This is a “professional-level” workout regimen and diet. It should work. Don’t become one-dimensional in your life in your pursuit of fitness.
