    @dkingjimmy it aint good training your biceps and triceps on the same day biceps a pull excersisement(correct my spelling please) and triceps is a push exercisement so do like push excersise’s on mon. and and pull on tuesday and push wendnessday(correct me again) and pull tuesday it’s called split program and is more efficient then doing push and pulls on the same day just an advice

    @skaterboy2215 you can work on abs everyday to get a strong core.. but as soon as they feel really sore like you can’t do many the next day.. let them fully rest.. but for your other muscle parts.. best to work them once a week.. so the fully get the chance to grow and recover well.. i work one to two muscle parts a day.. like chest.. mon then back shoulders tues.. biceps triceps weds. the forearms and upper legs then last day lower or upper legs. ..cardio 5 days aweek after 3hours ++ diet well

    Today was a realy rainy day back in my city (Chillán, Chile), but i did my 4th quarter cardio anyway, i just weared a coat and that was it. Making it Happen it’s the key, no other, becouse if you use it as an excuse, when it’s too sunny, you won’t do it eather, becouse it’s to hot and/or you’ll get sun burned and then so on, excuses, excuses, excuses. I DON’T WANT MY LIFE TO BE AN EXCUSE.

    The transformation starts from inside. You have to make it a decision to get into shape and commit to it. Otherwise all the exercise and nutrition information is useless.
