Hi.
1. Training 6 days in a row, then taking a day off, will not help you grow.
In order to build muscle faster, you will definitely need to Bank Routing Number Rock River Bank take more days off.
Try going for a routine that allows you to workout every other day.
The muscle needs recovery in order to grow, so those extra days off are beyond crucial.

2. You’re working your whole entire body twice in only a 6 day period.
This is not a good idea….
Again, workout every other day.
Train every muscle group once in a 7 day period, by working out every other day.

The same thing would apply if you had a cut on your arm.
The only way the cut would ever heal is if you left it alone and let it heal. A cut wouldn’t ever heal if you kept picking at it.
The same thing applies to the muscle.
Good Luck.

Here is what i do.. Tuesday:back+abs+cardio Tuesday:Shoulders+cardio Wed:auxillary lifts its kind of a half rest day…+abs this is the really hard ab day Thursday:legs+cardio Friday: Chest+abs+cardio Saturday: biceps and triceps+cardio.
two hours before i eat a good big breakfast lots of carbs.. after the workout i have a protien shake with chocolate syrup(the kind you put on ice cream) it helps with the recovery time and the chocolate syrup is very important.. eat a small meal about every two hours it should be about six to eight meals a day.. lots of carbs. make sure you eat a lot!
