Is this a good home workout to get ripped when i can’t make it to the gym?
Ok. I bench 116 (take it easy im just starting Bank Routing Number Bank Of Stanly to bench press).
i bench 116 x 6-10 reps (usually 8 but at the end of workouts i tend to get out 6.) anyway, i do that for six sets.
Then right after a finish one set i go over to an open area in my basement and do as many pushups as i can (close grip 10, insane widegrip like 30)
then after all my benching, i work my biceps, barbell bicep curls, dunno how much weight i can do, i think like 90 or 100 thats what i did at the gym with the bicep machine. well that would be my home workout, im also gunna work my abs and legs a lil dont worry.
also i have a punching bag im gunna use in the mornings to burn fat.
+++++ im taking protein shakes after (straight vanilla flavored whey)

also im 14 and 3 months old, grew from 5’2 to 5’8 this year, and went from 130 pounds of fat to 126 pounds of semi muscle. i need to bulk up a bit more
also after barbell curls i crank out some pull ups on the iron gym… so ya i kinda have a mini gym at home now.

First off if you’re doing 90 to 100 lbs on curls and you weigh 125lbs. I could see you jumping into the curl. Which isn’t improving your biceps at all. I won’t correct you instead I’ll tell you what you need.
1. Your biceps are not as important as your triceps in my opinion. Triceps will help with Bench Press. Pressdowns, Extensions, etc.
2. Pull ups and chin ups are great for your upper body.
3. You can’t just focus on upper body. Do crunches, planks, etc.
4. Your legs are most important for Football. I can’t really stress it enough. Squats, Deadlifts, etc.
5. My favorite lift of all is the power clean. I don’t know if your familiar with it or not. Don’t try it without supervision. Otherwise you’ll fuck yourself up.
