Easy. Don’t lift weights.
You have the body to be a football player but you don’t have the muscle at all? LMAO! What a contradiction.

Work out all the time. Do a lot of squats, power cleans, dead lifts, and of course bench/incline.
Mostly the powercleans are what give you the calves and butt. (start with a simple 4x8x70%)
The biceps would come from curls, so try 21s (7 reps halfway, 7 reps from half to full, 7 full reps, do it without stopping and you want to die. Use whatever weight dumbbell seems difficult by the second group of 7)
Abs come from p90x, so just continue that.
Dead lifts strengthen your butt, back, and shoulders, but don’t do high weight, try low weight-high rep and build up as you go. Try maybe 4x12x50-60%
Don’t just work on your upper body though, or you will look like those guys that are about to tip over because they have huge arms and no legs. Do the squats, even though they don’t directly make you look better- they also help burn fat and keep your core strong.
