I want a good video or explanation of a full, good routine to get a six pack for a guy who is not overweight and works out consistently. I’m tired of all this “2 minute abs”, “yoga abs”, and “get a six pack in 3 weeks” BS. I want to know how to get a 6 pack right with no unrealistic goals made by people who don’t have 6 packs themselves.

I’m physically fit and willing to do tough workouts, I just want to improve my abs with some exercises that aren’t sponsored by idiotic companies to trap housewives into buying their videos and stimulants. Any help from people who know what they are talking about would be much appreciated :D

There are many factors to getting a “six pack”. First and foremost is DIET. You have to reduce your body fat in order for the abdominal muscles to show. Some where around 12% and lower is when they will start to appear and be defined. Second is exercising the abdominals every other day to keep them toned. 4-6 sets of 20-30 repetitions is plenty. Thirdly would be cardio. Doing medium to high intensity cardio will reduce body fat and help with getting the abs to show. It takes hard work with the exercises, dedication to a diet and patience.
