I already have a six pack but there very flat and not muscular I want each ab to bulge out.

if you already do crunches (sit-ups) try ones that rotate to each side…
so instead of just going straight to your knees.. you pivot so your elbow touches the alternate knee

    do your normal ab routine but hold a 25 lb weight while doing it.

    Use weights.

    If you do regular sit-ups already, put a 10-15 pound plate on your chest.

    an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
    stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
    for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
    that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
    will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
    body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
    move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
    to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
    guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
    pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

    Not too sure I don’t have as much testosterone or do I jk um why not just plain old sit ups don’t slack off and do only so many reps or maybe your body type isn’t the type for muscle especially if you look at your parents and grandparents if they’re skinny and not so bulky then i’m sure you won’t be either.

    First make sure your eating the right amount of protein needed, if not boost your intake or steak. Some people take protein shakes instead.

    There’s a very large range of ab exercises and machines to help you achieve this goal, the best are targetted exercises like sit ups and crunchies. You can find some good tutorials from the pros here:
