Is this a bad diet to get big and have good abs?

Question by RealitY: Is this a bad diet to get big and have good abs?
I was wondering if somebody could tell me if this is good Bank Routing Number Citizens First Bank or bad for me, im interested in getting biggER, not necessarily big and also have ripped abs.

This is what i eat (usually 2-3 hours in between every meal):

-Breakfast: Bowl of cereal (usually special K chocolaty delight and low fat milk)
-Between breakfast and lunch(brunch): another bowl of special K
-Lunch: Big plate of pasta made with almost no oil (just the necessary so it doesnt get sticked) with almost no salt, NO BUTTER AT ALL, and parmesan cheese.
-Between Lunch and dinner: another bowl of that cereal
-Dinner: Usually meat with rice or tomato soup
-After dinner: Another bowl of cereal

I do workout, i do a combination of P90X and “one-on-one with tony horton” combined with ultimate frisbee and soccer.

I know i eat a lot of cereal but i just love it and fruits and veggies are just not my thing (although i guess i could change that).

Pretty much it has worked for me but i want a recommendation from somebody who knows a little more about fitness than i do

That is a butt-load of cereal. I’d recommend five servings of fruits/veggies per day. More lean protein from chicken/eggs/shakes. You need anywhere from .25 grams of protein to 1.25 grams of protein per pound of desired body weight. Any carbs need to be complex, so stick to whole wheat. Also no more than 400 calories per meal *usually*, so pasta has to be a very small serving. Fiber, fiber, a lot of fiber. Fiber is the KEY!

    Ok here comes some slap in the face honesty. You diet is crap. It is nutritionally very poor and won’t help you get big. The reason you like cereal is it is what you are used to so you body is happy to have it. Time to eat real food. Eat everything else but only one serve of cereal. Add in 2 serves of fruit and 5 serves of veg each day. Don’t be afraid to have oils and fats in moderation the body needs them. Only avoid trans fats and limit saturated a bit.

    Ok now muscles. To get big requires you to have an excess of calories which means you are going to develop a little bit of fat along with muscle so that is bad for abs showing. Build your size first then cut to get the abs to show. Hard work but if you want it…
