Ripped Abs Diet RUINED?

Question by theofficefan: Ripped Abs Diet RUINED?
I broke my diet – in hope to get more defined abdominal muscles – with a cheese and ham whitebread sandwhich as a snack.

In total my daily consumption of calories has been around 1800 id say, will this affect my progress long term or can it be solved by doing a heavy workout tommorow?

If you want to lose weight heres what you do.. You eat at least 1000 calories, but not more than 1200 calories a day.. Don’t eat within 2-3 hours of your bedtime. Do as much cardio as Swift Code Bank Of Everett you can.. at least 30 mins every single day.. you want to lose weight right? Drink green tea.. plain, no artificial sweetener or sugar.. just down it… lots of it… lots and lots.. I drink it and thats all i drink.. and i concentrate it so its strong. Green tea will help with your metabolism and a lot of other things.. Do all those things and I guarantee you will lose that weight.. good luck.. e-mail me @ howtogetskinny@yahoo.com if you have any other questions!

Dude..get rid of the white bread, ham, and cheese alltogether. If your trying to get abs then you dont need ANY of that around you. You should be ok as long as you get a real good workout tmrw and do cardio also.

Oh please. So you normally eat 1800 calories a day, and one day you had an extra couple hundred. A pound of fat works out to about 3500 calories. You have officially sabotaged yourself by less than 1/6 of a pound. Big freaking deal.

Doing a heavy workout is rarely a bad idea, but there is nothing to make or break here. How long is the entire diet supposed to last? I’m guessing at least several months. You honestly think screwing up one meal in all that time could ruin the whole thing? What, you think people with 6-packs never, ever have anything they shouldn’t?
