Ab Workouts?

Question by Crumbs: Ab Workouts?
Well I have been doing some crunches and bicycle crunches for the past week now, Swift Code Terre Haute Savings Bank and I was wondering, after any set of crunches should you feel a bit of an abdominal pain? kind of like a cramp? but, i mean the pain doesn’t stay it goes away after a couple seconds.. but i was just wondering if your supposed to have a kind of a burning feel when you do ab workouts.

    absolutely…..the burning is key.

also for a deeper burn…after your abs cruches and such, lay on your stomach and lift yourself up on your toes and forearms…..keep your back straight and hold that pose for one full minute or as long as possible……I call them bridges.

Also do the same thing on each side…really works the core of your abs

well thats where the phrase “feel the burn” comes from, but the burning just means that your body is releasing acids into your muscles and that means you will get rock hard abs!!!!
