AB workouts?

Question by Kate: AB workouts?
I have really strong ab muscles, so I don’t need to build those muscles, but I have a lot of fat over the muscles. What’s a good workout to get rid of these muscles?
ooops. I meant get rid of the fat. sorry

Cardio. Anything that gets your heart rate up and you breathing harder. You cannot spot reduce.

why would you want to get rid of the muscles wouldn’t you want to get rid of the fat and the mid section is by far one of the hardest areas to lose fat from good luck

Eat healthy, around 1600-2000 calories aday, also run. With running you’ll burn the extra fat and in 2 weeks you’ll see your abs. Remember to do sit-ups to keep those bad boys in peak shape.

you should eat protien the same amount of protein as your body wieghs, have complex carbs such as wholewheat bread, brown rice and wholewheat pasta, have one cheat meal a week such as your favourite food, therefore you do not lose your motivation to get a six pack, do cardio about 30 minutes a day and eat fruit to satify your sugar cravings, and no carbs after six pm unless if you workout late, whey protein shakes help alot
