U dont really need too many supplements to get good abs, u need to be defined so taking to much protein will actually slow u down as it may cause u to gain some fat to. I have a six pack and all i do is lay on the floor, and with my legs and back striaghtened i lift them off the floor so that im almost balancing on my butt and hold it like that for about a minute at a time. A great thing to do with this is get a basket ball and almost ‘bounce’ it (while holding it with both hands) beside ur ur body alternating to either side. Count how many times u can do it and try to beat that number. Do this everyday

If you want to be ripped AND healthy, you need to do three things:

    1. Eat a low fat diet. (most of your abs will show from this alone.)
    2. Exercise your whole body, not just your abs.
    3. Forget risky supplements.

most supplements don’t do anything. stay away from diet pills.

If you do not have a flat stomach then doing sit ups won’t do anything for you. You need to loose the fat first.

Eat healthy. Drink water and water only. Run daily for about 15 to 20 minutes. You can start by 5 minutes of fast pace walking and then go into running. After about three or so weeks you should be running only. After that, increase the time you run by about five minutes every other week. Do sit ups too. Each day increase the amount of sit ups you do by one. If you reach a limit do that amount for the rest of the week and try increasing the next week. Take weekends off from the workout.

Quickly? No way it takes allot of training to get abs despite what a lot of people claim.
lots of people have natural abs so that’s were most people get this notion that it’s easy to get them.

The best way though is to hit up your local gym and enroll in an abs and back class… seriously.
Oh and on that note you’re never going to get abs without working your back at the same time so keep that in mind

    Anyways best of luck

Take it easy, don’t hurt yourself. It takes patience. Just do the exercise for the back, biceps, triceps, chest, and your legs. You gotta do push ups at least 25 or 30 push ups or the crunches, do it everyday, don’t eat junk food. Eat vegetables, fruits, and rice and chicken. Take Muscle milk, to gain mass too. I’m doing this also to be fit and healthy. Remember, mass and muscle weighs more than fat.

Supplements won’t get you ripped abs, only diet and exercise will. Fresh fruits and vegetables are great for your diet and muscle building routines for your whole body are great too. If you have a lot of muscle, you will burn more fat because it will raise your metabolism.

But here are some abs exercises that are pretty different in this video below that some people seem to be getting results from:
