If you can see your abs, even if only when you flex or exhale really hard, your body is lean (low percentage of body fat). I wouldn’t worry about cutting things out of your diet, but I would tone the muscles with ab exercises, even if it’s only crunches or sit-ups. if you can see your abs while stretching, its a start. with exercise like situps, crunches and the right diet, you could tone up your abs further.
