Muscle weighs more than fat. SO just turn that fat into muscle. You won’t change weight just mass.

Eat more than you do now. Just keep everything in proportion. You don’t need a higher percentage of protein, just more protein.

Alright first of all let me debunk the myth. Muscle does NOT weigh more than fat. Muscle is simply more dense than fat so it occupies less room for the same weight. A pound of fat and a pound of muscle weigh the SAME.
Now, as for your “six pack” and obliques, I say you need to make sure you don’t stop there. Also don’t fall into thinking that more reps mean more results. That is also another common misconception that people spread around. Form is the most important thing when you are talking about pretty much any exercise, and abs are definitely no different. What many people fail to understand is that you need stability throughout your whole core, not just your abs and obliques. If all you do is train your rectus abdominis (six pack muscles) and your internal and external obliques, you will eventually injure your back (probably not while in high school, but later). Don’t worry about the weight thing, that’s not really going to be a problem. However diet is very important when talking about ripped abs. Everyone has abs, but it’s covered in fat. If you want your abs to show you have to do aerobic (cardio) exercise and you have to watch what you eat. What you need it core strength (I played football too =). I am assuming you are doing other types of weight training, so make sure you are eating lots of good protein and your weight should be fine.
Tips for core strength. I won’t go into crunches and all the normal stuff, but let me share a key to taking your ab workouts to a new level. It’s call the draw-in maneuver. To do this maneuver simply pull your abs in as if trying to pull your belly button to your spine. Hold this throughout the entire exercise. If you do this, you can turn push-ups into an awesome ab workout. Don’t believe me, try it (make sure your push-up form is solid. Straight line from head to feet, keep your head straight, ears inline with your shoulders throughout the movement). Next try a bridge. Lie on your stomach, with your feet straight, touching the floor. Have your elbows on the floor under your shoulder with your arms pointing forward hand flat on the floor, the same width as your shoulders. Now draw abs in, and flex your butt muscles. Slowly raise your body until you form a straight line from head to feet. Hold for 2 seconds and then lower your body back to the floor. Do 12 reps 2-4 sets.
Those should get you well on your way to true core strength and stability. Remember the draw in maneuver when you do crunches, leg lifts too. This works a part of your abs that many people miss. Form is most important, don’t fall for the more reps more results myth. And if you really want serious results, you would be amazed what even 3 sessions with a good personal trainer can do for you (key is that he’s good, not just cheap =) Good luck!

OK you do this everyday 3 times a day for 20 min each do you chrunches, sit ups whatever, that push ups, and run 20-30 mins after that but keep steady past and try hard if you can run more and do more exersices… Good Luck
