You are missing the most important thing you should be doing; eating appropriately. What kind of diet or foods are you putting in your body right now. The workout is looking pretty good and you will sure be on your way to a toned stomach. The problem comes with the thin layer of fat over your mid section which will hide those nicely toned muscles. You want to try to get your bf levels between 10-14%. Don’t go below 10% for it can cause premature bone lose as well as other things. By getting your body fat levels in this range and minimizing the amount of fat over your stomach you will see your abs even more. The saying goes, “Ab are created in teh kitchen, not the gym.” Focus on supplementing your body with healthy foods and you will see results much quicker. This means staying away form sugar and trans/saturated Ach Bank To Bank fats as much as possible. Also cardio is important when burning fat so when you run those 2 miles a day, try to keep your heart rate elevated for the whole time. This will stimulate adrenaline and noradrenaline which promotes burning fat for fuel.
Good Luck
