he uses a lot of scientific terms, I am ectomorphic guy, had to google glycemic carbohydrets and got confused, Kyle says I need higher glycemic carbohydrets but those are all sugary stuff, isn’t that bad for me?

Vince please answer me :) can u simply explain me on what products as skinny guy like me should focus on, I don’t use whey protein. I am eating mainly chicken and pasta (usually with vegetables), sometimes rice

  33. MrBodybuilder95

@VinceDelMonte Okay – i just saw your ”Bodybuilding Supplement Trick You Need To Try” video. i probably just got hooked on the fancy site they had – so as you suggest, i’ll have to go with good old Whey protein

I normally wake up at 5:45 am, walk to the gym, and start training at 6am, starting with resistance for 45 min. followed by a 20-30 min. cardio session. I’m always confused as to if I should eat something prior to my workout or not. If feel that if I do eat, I don’t get enough time to digest. Lately, I’ve been taking BCAA. As for the carbs, I take most of the carbs for the day right after my workout. My goal is to lose body fat. N e suggestions? Thanks!

@87Tam The ideal time to workout is what is MOST ideal for you. Their is no definitive answer on this one.

  44. ChronicFatigueSyn

so if your skinny—> eat more
and if your overweight—-> eat less
Ah, I get it now! :)

  45. theredrasta123

@SRx95 you should get wheatgerm, it’s got more protein than most meat and loads of carbs, you can put it in everything, porridge, cereals, soups, yogurts, almost anything. After a workout you want something you can assimilate easily so shakes are your best bet there. It’s important to get post workout nutrition asap. Also do full body workouts, lunges, squats, deadlift etc 3 times a week and keep your cardio to a minimum.

Kyle’s definently a smart guy – i’ve never heard about the second muscle building tip, pretty interesting.
Now you’ve probably heard this a tons of time, and honestly dont know if you’ll answer.
I am going to order protein for the first time, since i’ve never felt the need for it.
Now lanky leo has talked about protein as an important tool of bodybuilding (10% of results), and i was wondering what your view is on ”xpisupplements – Myotein” Anyways i wish the best of luck too Vince and Kyle!
