well if you have some abdominal that you want to lose then do a low carb high protein diet, and do cardio.

    I want to know too. Not necessarily ripped, but toned is what I’m looking for and I want to be toned all over my body.

    You should follow a well balanced diet including lean proteins, whole grains, fruit, vegetables, and healthy fats but the most important thing is that you must be burning more than you are eating.

    You need to figure out how many calories you are burning etc..
