How to get six pack abs?

Question by David: How to get six pack abs?
I want Ach Dispute to get six pack abs but i dont necessarily want to lose weight. I work out in the gym mostly everyday and I am not what you would call fat, but i have fat on my belly so I don’t have six pack abs. What excercises or foods help me get six pack abs while not losing much weight. Dont tell me about fat loss supplements

    You see everyone has abs, it’s just that fat covers it so you can’t see them.

    So in the end of the day you will HAVE to lose weight to get abs.

    What i’d do first is focus on getting a flat stomach, or else the abs will build up but there would be fat there anyway. A good and easy way to lose weight just about everywhere (but not in an obnoxiously noticeable way) is by walking. Just for thirty minutes every day. On the treadmill, around your neighborhood — hell, even in the mall. Once your stomach is basically flat then work on crunches or use one of the machines at the gym.

    Run alot or do jump ropes. Try atleast 40 mins a day. Weight lifting or situps won’t get you a 6 pack. People keep saying to do tons of situps and you will get a 6 pack. Everyone has a 6 pack, it’s just concealed by fat. If you do jog or jump rope 30-40 mins a day, you will lose weight. As for foods, eat lean meat and lots of vegetables. Try to eliminate or lessen the amount of sauce you put on your foods too

    Canon is correct.

    As for what you can do to get them….

    I recommend you watch your calories and do lots of HIIT or steady state cardio. That should shed the fat.. But don’t neglect the muscle under the fat. You still need to do crunches, jack knives, side bends, etc..

    dont try to loose weight. gaining weight is good if its muscle weight. keep exersizeing so that you get sore the next day from the previous workout in your abs, then let them heal, then when there ok then do it agian. also go running for cardio, can help ya loose fat to show off your muscles. exersize 2+hours a day (but don exersize sore muscles) strech 2+hours everyday, eat only healthy food, drink 24+cups water a day.

    You can do hanging leg lifts, plank, and cable crunches. There are some other things you can do too that will help.
