im a girl. 5’1. 122 pounds. ive been doing this workout everyday for a week. i know it takes moreeee than that to get them.
120 crunches
20 russian crunches
25 leg raises
25 pikes
60 sit ups
running/walking around 2 miles a day
watching my diet and drinking lots of water
plus ill be doing sports everyday and on sunday i go and lift weights.
i dont want like ripped abs just a nice little athletic stomach for a girl

This sounds good to me! When you run/walk, you would probably get more results if you go at a rate that leaves you breathless and gets your heart going. I’m not saying you need to sprint, but you should be going at a pace that would make it difficult to hold a conversation.

Dang you ask this question a lot!!! You are working your abs too much! You have to let your abs rest. They are getting better only when you are at rest. Limit your ab training to no more than 3 times per week. If you do that you will see muscles a lot sooner than if you keep up with that routine.

If you want abs then you need to eat right. Eat more protein and whole grains. Cut the sweets except for occasionally. Eat 6 smaller meals a day.
Try to run. Good abs are a factor of body fat loss. So you need to raise your heart rate for longer than 20 minutes. You also need some overall strength training. More muscle means higher metabolic rate. Don’t worry about ripped. Girls really can’t. You don’t have enough testosterone to actually bulk.
Also, cut the sit-ups. They don’t do much. They work the hip flexors more. Stick with the crunches. Replace the sit ups with reverse crunches, side crunches, ect. Shoot for 15 minutes of solid ab work with 15 – 30 seconds between sets.
BTW, your stomach looks good already so toning it up will go much faster.
