does anyone know of any ab exercises that keep u off the ground or use dumbbells, thanks

chrunches are definetly the best. do lots Ach Application until it hurts thats how you know that the excercise is working. but thats on the ground i guess. they’re are certain machines that will help a lot. but i still say that crunches are the best. and dumbbells dont realy help the abs they’re more for the arm muscle and somtimes for the legs if you are using them

    1: hold the dumbell against your chest and do crunches
    2: when that gets too easy, hold the dumbell behind your head and do crunches (the leverage will change and you’ll be working out harder)
    3: do the same as above but add a twist in your shoulders to work out your obliques (side abs)
    4: sit on a table or counter top and hold the dumbell between your feet and lift your knees to your chest to work the lower abs
    5: do the same but with a twist in your hips to work your obliques in a different way than in 3

    No exercises work the abs better than heavy squats and deadlifts. Chuck in a few standing overhead presses, and some planks/ barbell rollouts, and there’s a routine that will completely knacker your abs!!
