What are some abs exercises that I can do involving only a dumbbell and a barbell?

Question by Saransh: What are some abs exercises that I can do involving only a dumbbell and a barbell?
If you give me a website that would be nice or some videos. Basically, I only have dumbbells and barbells and I want to get a 6-pack. So, I am looking for some exercises or a workout routine that I can follow involving only dumbbells and barbells.

You should visit www.diettipsandfitness.com
That site really helped me. Try it for yourself. To get six pack abs you should exercise in a good plan and take protein supplements. And a health eating plan will help you. Good luck:)

An exercise that I like for abs is hanging from a bar and lifting my knees and legs upward slowly and down slowly. This will really strengthen the stomach muscles.

Hey here’s a great dumbbell ab exercise – Dumbbell Oblique Side Bends

Exercise Advice: This exercise works the oblique muscles of your midsection. Begin by standing up straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Hold a dumbbell in your left hand with your palms in. Keeping your back straight, bend to the left as far as you can, then return to the start position. After finishing your desired reps, change the weight to your other hand and repeat on the opposite side. Remember to bend only at your waist.

    All the best!
