Question by Eric: What to do I need to do to get ripped?
I am 15 and I have been working out at the gym. I’ve been gaining muscle mass, but the problem is that i’m not ripped. I am not fat at all, I am slim, but the belly fat does not help me at all in showing my abs. I also do cardio and a lot of exercise and I don’t have any intentions on dieting. I do exercise and eat very healthy but some tips may help me to lose that fat on my belly. HOW DO I GET RIPPED!? Thank you

try doing push ups and sit ups or just get a bowflex

im 14 and already jacked and i think that it is just one of those things that come in your jeans. But just do reps. I didnt start working out til this year. And i have gotten great results so just eat healthy and if you work out on a regular basis for a long time than you will get jacked. And drink muscle milk!!!!!!!!!!!!

Continue your workout, push yourself every time in the gym. Then drink a protein shake, such as N-large 2. I’ve heard very good things from it, supposed to add lots of mass and has lots of protein in it. Give this some time and you WILL be ripped.
