How should a workout be being a part mesomorph, part ectomorph?

Question by yo: How should a workout be being a part mesomorph, part ectomorph?
I am 15 year old guy and im pretty Bank Ach Number sure im a bit of both. I am short, I have toned (not too big, just toned) muscles, small bones, not skinny, but not really ripped either. So im wondering what kind of workout routine would a part ectomorph part mesomorph do. Im trying to improve my shoulders, chests and biceps, not so much abs cause i naturally have definition in my abs. Thanks for any answers. :)

Same as any other body type, just work out what you want to improve on. Go to the gym as often as possible, everyday if you can, and work out only one muscle group per visit, but really work on it. Do several different exercises per muscle group. There will be machines dedicated to different muscles, sometimes with instructions on them. You can also use free weights to work out almost any muscle, just search for exercises that work out the groups your interested in.
