Question by Green Eyes: Any suggestions for my abs?
I REALLY want ripped, very defined abs. I got rather stagnant with school, but I have been faithful to 300 crunches a day and Ach Bank Transaction a more natural diet since January. My abs and especially my obliques feel much tighter but definition really isn’t there. When its not winter and snowy outside, I intend to mix up my workouts and start running.
Am I starting to look okay? What do I need to work on?

Looks like you already have abs, so all you need to do is find some better exercises.Try searching on google for an ab workout. There is no ” Best Ab Workout” it’s whatever works for you. Try bicycle crunches or hanging knee raises.
