    @daraj123 Of all the muscles in the body the calf muscle is the hardest to develop. As far as genetics are concerned some people are able to develop strong upper body but the lower body is very slow to respond to developing muscles. Arnold is an icon, exceptional genes.

    Good upper body, but the worst legs i have seen, if i had legs like that i would cover them up at 1.26 have a look at his calves, so many people forget (even experts) your legs hold you, Anold Schwarzenegger, said he worked on his legs as much as everyone else, you have to be balanced, im not saying i have a 6 pack, no massive biceps, its just a pointer, like i said he has a good upper body, but his calves could do with a good workout.

    im 13, all i do it 100-200 sit-ups every night then a nice glass of milk, thats all u need for the top abs

    Can I workout and make my abs stronger/bigger and when I know they’re strong enought, then do cardio? Or has the food a deal with the abs?
    I was thinking why should I do cardio and eat healty in 2-3 months, sine the abs need 2-5 months of workouts to be bigger and then get tinny as hell?

    @DOOMLORDHOKAGE That is probably because you do not have very developed abs. Once you get them large enough they will start to show better at whatever percentage you are at. Same goes with back, quad, chest, and arm definition.

    Is it better to take a break in between training days to give your body a chance to recover yes? Every second day to train is what i was told by a friend, anyone has some tips would be appreciated greatly.
